| Enter Individual Subject Expertise The "Subject Expert" feature offered by ThinkBright has been created to allow people with in depth knowledge of particular subjects to communicate their expertise to a larger community of interest, seeking collaborative opportunities, providing many benefits. This feature works on the principle of key word matching. The more key words describing an experts area of knowledge there are, the more times the expert will be matched in the search by others, looking for collaborative partners. It is the combination of keywords that distinguishes each subject expert. The subject experts details are presented anonymously. Thinkbright will deliver all expressions of interest to the subject expert first, for their decision to proceed with the potential contact or decline it. What to do: Clink on "Enter Detail" to input your subject details. All mandatory fields are marked with "*". These must be completed for your entry to be accepted. Enter keywords (at least 5), that describe the in depth aspects of your specialist knowledge. Commonly used word combinations e.g. Defect Migration, should be entered within quotation marks i.e. "Defect Migration". Keep your username, of less than 20 characters, and password, of less than 20 characters, safe (they can be used to check your records via the "View Details" link).
